Who is your favorite manga ka and why?

Kaori Yuki (she's a genius-the pictures,the stories...Great!),Maki Murakami (I love her sence of humour ^_^),Arina Tanemura (her manga are sooo cute!),Kyoko Tsuchiya (Bi-shou-nen! ^^) and Mamiya Oki (gorgeous artwork)

I love Maki Murakami shes my favorite *bounces* her artworks pretty good but that's not why I like her so much, I agree with Ayashi i really love her sence of humor hehe n__n

Maki Murakami for her work on Gravitation!
Kaori Yuki (can't get enough of this woman's manga), Yuu Watase (bishounen!), Rumiko Takahashi (Inuyasha has got to be her best work by far), CLAMP (anything from them is worth reading and the art is gorgeous), Sanami Matou cuz I love FAKE!
Um...Ai Yazawa (Paradise Kiss), Chiho Saito (Utena!), Yoko Matsushita (Yami no Matsuei anyone?), Nobuhiro Watsuki (who can not love Kenshin!?), Junji Ito (best horror mangaka I've ever read), Yasuhiro Nightow cuz of his work on Trigun Maximum, Kouta Hirano who did Hellsing, Kentarou Miura's Berserk is one of my all-time fav manga for its story and grim art, and recently Nanae Chrono because PeaceMaker Kurogane is one of the best historically based manga I've read (plus there's enough bishounen to shake your katana at)
I believe that's about it!

Yea I know they look all weird and I have to make sure noone else is looking when I'm reading them out in public.
But I love reading them because they're so goddamn funny! Cracks me up everytime.
