The most touching anime or j-drama?

Love Hina = instant classic
True Tears, is short.. but its great. Check it out.
Oh My Goddess, Good but i think is only 27 episodes long.. the manga reaches beyond that though.
when love hina ended i was going through withdrawal for a couple weeks. true story.
Melancholy of haruhi suzumiya was touching to me.. not really a drama though =/

If anyone wants a ridiculously sweet and touching anime/manga, PLEASE go check out Kimi ni Todoke (Kimitodo/ Reaching You). It's honestly one of the most adorable ongoing series I've ever encountered, and while it hasn't made me cry, it makes me feel happy to be a human being. Even my ex-boyfriend loves it, and he isn't exactly a chick-flick kind of guy. It's just that sweet.

PLEASE. It's worth it, I promise.

Well a really touchng anime is the one I just finished "Tokyo Magnitude 8.0", I don't remember an anime making me cry like that before :( I'm proberly going to be thinking about this one for a while...

- fruits basket
- summer with coo

- grave of the fireflies
- whispers of the heart
- spirited away

most ghibli movies are rather sad.

I personally prefer "Five Centimeters Per Second" by Makoto Shinkai.

the 3 most touching anime(s?) I have seen is
1. Kannazuki no Miko.
2. Strawberry Panic.
3. Yami to Boushit to Hon no Tabibito.
I have watched Kannazuki no Miko more than 5 times and I can never see the last episode clearly because of tears. it is the most touching anime I have ever watched and I seriously doubt I will ever find a more touching one.
Episode 19 of Strawberry Panic was the first time I have EVER cried to an anime or movie
I felt that the ending of Yami to Boushit to Hon no Tabibito was very sad and it made me cry but it might be because the characters resemble the ones from Kannazuki no Miko

Let's see... what's made me cry or made me feel like there's a lump in my throat...

Millennium Actress (gets me everytime)
GunBuster: Aim for the Top! (well, it is my all time favourite anime - I pretty much cry with Noriko-chan)

I wish I could watch at least one j-drama, I don't think I've managed to yet... :( Will have to sort that out!
One I would love to watch is Kimi wa Petto simply because I absolutely love the manga (called Tramps Like Us here in the UK). I own all 14 books! Much otaku love! ^_~

Fruits basket one of the best romance anime the story is very touching & show you the other part of each person

Easily Clannad ~After Story~ for me. In fact, I haven't cried as much as I did during the latter half of the series in my entire life, nor will I ever do until I die.

I always cry at everything. :( I cried at the end of the first season of Kuroshitsuji. I didn't want it to end ever!
I think Umi Monogatari was a really good show though. Very gentle music. Sora no Woto made me cry too, I believe.
