What was the first anime you ever watched?

Sailor moon or dragon ball

It all started off by Sailormoon and Dragon Ball^^
but at that time i was still a kid,so i didn't really pay attention much.
but what really got me into anime world is Slamdunk^^

the first animes i watched was the classic children's stuff
doraemon dubbed chinese, then chibi maruko (which i stil watch ^^) also dubbed chinese, then, sailor moon (which i hate now), and then dbz, roses of versailles (my mother said it was good)

the anime i watched that hooked me was inuyasha. i thought it was really good for like half a year (it even had good theme songs), but then it got EXTREMELY dragged (too many flashbacks)
nevertheless, it's still pretty good for the action-packed plot. i still think the swordfighting/martial arts stuff is really cool- better than naruto

but my favorite would have to be yakitate! japan- it's probably the funniest anime in history

my first anime would have to be Speed Racer (even though I had NO idea it was anime at the time (I was probably 3 or 4 ok give me a break) but the one that I DO know that was anime was Sailor Moon and Dragon Ball (Dragon Ball Z)

Counting the first one I actually understood and watched for numberous episodes I would say Dragonball but I could be wrong its kinda hazy.

The first anime i have seen was "arupusu no shojo haiji" or "chisai waiking wickie" i can't remember because i watched them when i was in kindergarten and i had no idea that they're animes^^ﾂ≫?ｹ
