Rules for manga and anime

I don't know if you have noticed, but with manga and anime there seem to be a set of rules that all must follow. Below is a list of ones that I have noticed:
1. No fat people. Even if a character refers to themselves as 'plump, fat, etc', they still look like they could get into a size 8.
2. The cuter the character, the bigger the eyes.
3. The more evil the character the more normal they look. Beware the bad guy who looks like you neighbour
4. By the time you are 19/20 you are an expert in martial arts, using guns, knives and explosives
5. All groups consist of nobody over the age of 24. After all if they are over that they are either a bad guy or a mentor
6. The youngest member must be a computer whizz, as they others are too old (!?!) to understand computers.
7. All women can run faster than men when wearing high heeled boots or costumes. Yet in normal flat shoes they couldn't outrun a snail
8. When a character cries they must cry at least the normal daily consumption of water for the average person and at a rate that would have Noah reaching for his hammer and nails
9. Teenage angst is a must.
10. In comedy manga and anime a cute females clothes must fall off at regular intervals for no real reason.
11. Nipples don't exist in teenage manga or anime
12. Hair is only found on the head!
13. Hair can be any colour of the rainbow, especially if they are aliens or androids. Nobody questions this, even if they are normal humans
14. Same goes for eyes.
15. Teenage girls cannot wear dresses that go below the knee. In fact the higher the better
16. Once they reach 25 though, they dress hem goes below the knee
17. You can be a major in the Japanese army by the time you are 20. In fact any armed services.
18. Teenagers don't have spots
19. All scary aliens must have at least 10 huge tentacles sprouting from their backs or stomachs.
20. All aliens and androids can learn Japanese in about a day, including the kanji. Yet must get some words confused that will cause an embarressing situation.
21. The main boy/girl must have a secret crush on the other main boy/girl, causing great many running aways and weeping (Look out for Noah again)

Add any more you can think off

That are some nice notices you made about Mangas and Animes.
But in terms of the eyes, it cannot be generalized because it depends on the artists' style of drawing their characters. It is true for the majority of Manga Anime characters with the big eyes theory.
Anime like MD Geist or City Hunter don't have those ridiculous oversized eyes.

But I find it quite disturbing in Mangas and Animes that in most series the fat people are displayed as very stupid and dumb. Not very nice for the audience who have no slim or trained body.

The funny thing is that in most Mangas and Animes (non-fiction) they display Japanese people as very tall and also with whatsoever haircolor while Western people are always bright or dark blond.
And when they display female emotion when they feel pleased or touched, they always smile with eyes shut

They don't seem to enlarge the eyes in some of the more serious manga and anime, I'll give you that, such as GITS and Nausicaa.

Seems to be true that usually characters who are suppose to be rather cute and warm-hearted (or even flamboyant) have the big shiny eyes (Bulma, ChiChi) while cool or cold-hearted characters (Vegeta, No.18) have only small iris.

Have you noticed in Elfin Lied when Lucy/Nyuu is Nyuu she has big, typical manga eyes. When she is Lucy, she has normal or narrow eyes.
