:mad::mad::mad:

:mad::mad::mad:

All the ones I have seen are on there that are recent. Try X or .HACK. Have you seen the old animes from like the 80's and early 90's cuz I have a long list of those. Let me know if your interested.

are those good ??
I mean, do they have a good story line? if they are, please post the list here ! :)

Have you seen robotech, Iria, Suke Ban Deka, Perfect Blue, Photon, Bubblegum Crisis, Silent Mobius, Tatoon Master, Devil Man Lady, Armitage, Dirty Pair, Revolutionary Girl Utena, Tank Police, Galaxay Express 999. Try these. What type of story lines do you like?

Robotech is butchered versions of Macross, and two other series that escape my mind...
Sukeban Deka was a live action series based on the manga before it became an anime.
the movies for Galaxy Express 999 are pretty cool with Captain Harlock and Queen Emeraldus as supporting cast from the pen of Leiji Matsumoto

Space Battleship Yamato was the forerunner for most of the current wave of anime mania that swept Japan since the early '70's, and this series mutated into the english adaptation of Starblazers (that removed all references to the history of the Battleship Yamato)

For those with an interest with legends and spooks should refer to series like Nippon Mukashi Banashi (Japanese folk tales) for an amusing look at many of the legends of japanese folklore

Other series include: Ge Ge Ge no Kitaro that dwells upon the supernatural world...the black and white version was apparently scarier than the watered down modern colored version out these days

For even older stuff there are shows like Sasuke, one of the first Ninja -style manga adapted into anime; Umeboshi Denka, a japanese version of warped I dream of Jeannie and precursor to Urusei Yatsura; Kaibutsu-kun is a Japanese parody of the Addams Family...

Then there are the shows about more ordinary family settings, like Sazae-san, Osamatsu-kun, Bakabon, etc...

but it is unlikely that you'll find any of the really early stuff until they re-release the stuff... :(

...that was a crazy post ! You know allot about anime lol :D
I don't know any of those titels, and it gives me strage feeling that there is sooo much anime ahead for me :mad::mad:
Btw, i like any style line, as long it's not in space :/, i din't like gundam seed for example.

or in the case behind you :p

I wish I had could have an anime library in my house fillled with all the anime ever created good or bad. There's so much I still havn't seen.

stick with the good anime....there are plenty of bad ones and you need to have a better goal than watching bad anime.. :D

Good animes... Angel Sanctuary, Gravitation, Gundam Wing, Weiss Kreuz, Trigun, Ninja Scroll, Princess Mononoke, Biohunters, Cardcaptor Sakura, DN Angel, X, Vampire Hunter D, Tokyo Babylon... um... I don't know if any of these have been mentioned before... but yeah. There ya go. ^^

The Vampire Hunter D series has always been great, but the best by far is Blood Lust. I highly recommend it.

I love blood lust its so awesome. Vampires are cool. Anyways was there more to the bio hunter than the movie cuz that was all I saw.

Many of the works done by Rin Taro are pretty funky:
Neo-Tokyo, Dagger of Kamui, Metropolis among others...his style is a bit dark, tho... :o

Miyazaki Hayao's works are of course world renknowned now, with Spirited Away and Princess Mononoke...

Reiji Matsumoto's Captain Harlock, Galaxy Express 999, Space Battleship Yamato, Queen Emeraldus and others are stylized, but interesting....

Then there are the works by Osamu Tezuka, known in Japan for Tetsuwan Atomu (Astroboy)... :o

:D

Revolutionary girl utena
Inuyasha

and the classic, Sailor moon series! If you're into shojo that is. :)

Shojo is a kind of... like girls thingy? well... mostly the maincharacter is a girl I think?
and if you like those kind of things, you can also try some like Kamikaze Kaito Jeanne...

Ranma 1/2 is quite good too, very funny... and Love Hina...

shojo-anime or manga mostly read by girls. where the main character is a girl. sailormoon, revolutionary girl utena

shonen- anime or manga mostly read by guys. where the main chaaracter is usually a guys. more fighting in it. dragonball z, gundam wing

I like reading and watching both even though I'm a girl. I love dragon ball z. One of the first animes i ever watched. :) I love sailor moon, i haven't read revolutionary girl utena much but it's good from what i've read. :D
