How about Wataru and Yuichi from Only the Ring Finger Knows? I love both the manga and the novels. It's great seeing their relationship grow. I also love Goh and Taki from Yellow That is one hot scene when they finally get together!

Soubi x Ritsuka (Loveless I don't usually like Canon pairing but I love Loveless so I really adore this pairing!!!!)

Natsuo x Yoji (Loveless I adore the Zero boys they're so cute! ^^)

Yoji x Ritsuka x Natsuo(The Zero boys and Ritska together that's really cute too!!!! )

Yuki x Shuichi (Gravitation. As I said not USUALLY into canon pairing but they're too cute together to dislike!)
