read about bbcode (aka vBcode) or the IMG code in particular here

all code snippets are set within [] paramaters (so if there was a command called "baka" it would be used this way:

this snippet starts it---> [baka]twistedmac[/baka] <--- and with the / sign it ends it..

and the snippet for showing a picture is "IMG"... get it?
