My mother tongue is ebonics or black American English. I am fluent in standard American English. I also speak some Hausa, Arabic, Spanish and Wolof. I can read and write Arabic better than I can speak it. I am more fluent in Hausa than any other non-Western language.
Not so many I know can speak Hebrew in Japan.

Idk. After all, we can speak and write it right. Hokkien words are written via Peh-oe-ji (白话字) But they are still dialects that are used up to this day
