After the recent stock price crash, Justice Minister Kunio Hatoyama complacently said, "I lost four billion yen." In calculation, the total value of his stocks may be more than 40 billion yen. But according to the disclosure of his assets, he had 730 million yen of assets (See Note 3). What happened?

In fact, the disclosure of Cabinet ministers' assets does not include stock assets. And, since it is a voluntary disclosure, it has no credibility. In addition, politicians and bureaucrats are exempt from the insiders' regulation.

Japanese are always manipulated by the false information from the media. It is an open secret that politicians make money through short-selling of stocks.

Japan has a unique secret communication system. The information that stock prices will rise tomorrow is critical. But, even if a person knowing nothing about stocks says to a specialist, "I think stock prices will rise tomorrow," and the specialist buys and sells stocks accordingly, nobody suspects their insider trading. There is the Japanese-style collusion here.

There was a typical collusive insider trading scandal in 1991. Financial dealers made Nui Onoue, a landlady of a high-class restaurant, into a fortuneteller and used her for their insider trading (See Note 4). Many investors and bank officers visited her and listened to her divine prophecy. She was actually the mentor on the bubble economy. In the end, she repudiated her 430 billion yen debt to the banks. It was unusual to lend such inordinate amount of money to an individual, but the recipe for insider trading took root in Japan at last.

Now, there is no need for such a fortuneteller. Stock dealers can communicate with their counterparts. Some dealers are in the center of critical information. They win all the time, and others simply know that. All the dealers follow the winning dealers. Those winning dealers do not always participate in the dealing. They participate when they are needed.

But once they appear in the stock market, the information spreads among dealers immediately. That's enough.

Unfortunately, such dealers are usually promoted faster. In Japan, nowadays, most of the specialists, such as financial directors, financial managers and chief dealers are such people.

I don't dare to insult Mr. Sarkozy, but his surname is pronounced "sarukoji" in Japanese. And this pronunciation seems to fit him very much. He often broke up with his girlfriends. "Saru" means "monkey" (窶ｰﾅｽ). "Saru" has one more meaning; "to leave" (窶ｹﾅｽ窶堙ｩ). "Koji" means "orphan" (ﾅ津?ｽ邃｢). So, "Sarukoji" means a "left monkey orphan". Strangely, this Japanese pun represents his current situation very well (See Note 2).

=== Former French President Jacques Chirac ===

"Shiraku" is a traditional Japanese word. In Japan, there is a comic storyteller whose name is Tachikawa Shiraku. Jacques Chirac became president in 1995, and the same year Tachikawa Shiraku was promoted to a full-fledged master (See Note 3, 4).

Japan and France have had close relations, and this closeness was accelerated during Koizumi's period.

=== Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad ===

His name is difficult for Japanese to remember. And his name sounds me something like "Ahojanezo" in Japanese, meaning, "I'm not a fool". I don't mean to be rude, but his beard seems to make him look like a beggar.

This terrorist is usually pronounced "USAMA" instead of "OSAMA" in Japanese. Why have Japanese media chosen the unnatural pronunciation? Because, OSAMA means "the king" in Japanese. So, they obviously tried to avoid the people's misunderstanding (See Note 6). Yet, I wonder why there are so many names that are similar to some Japanese words in the world.

My family and I have been suffering group harassment and group stalkers for more than 40 years. And since I began to get at the truth, new facts have appeared one after another. There have been a variety of harassment, but I'd like to inform you about some of them in summary.

The police around me are really yakuza. I don't want to use this dirty word, but I can't find any appropriate words other than it to describe them.

I am preparing a submission of petition to the governor for the investigation of the police crimes. I have collected hundreds of signatures so far.

In the center of a bedroom suburb of Kagoshima City, there is a vacant lot where there used to be residential buildings for workers who are working for the Maritime Safety Agency. It is located near my house.

Around my house, there have been harassing noises, stalkers and intimidation for a long period of time. I made an emergency call to police many times. But most of them were helpless. And it was about twenty years ago that I knew that they acted in collusion.

I used my utmost knowledge and made utmost efforts to keep illicit people including stalkers at bay. Some good people helped me. Then the harassment has gradually decreased. And to my surprise, the police themselves began to harass us instead. The police finally revealed that they were the czars of organized stalkers.

The vacant lot is now owned by the central government. Bulldozers moved around there. They simply continued digging and burying. They didn't stop until somebody complains. A few months ago when I made a complaint, they said, "Now, we have finished," and disappeared. They have been making noises for several days with bulldozers. I asked them again. (around 16 pm, the 25th)

I knew that if I waited, some unhappy things occurred. So, I came back home.

In a few minutes, I heard footsteps of some people coming towards the door. The buzzer sounded.

policeman: The police are here. Open the door.
......... I : What are you asking?
policeman: You had a quarrel, didn't you? Open the door.

...............(They tried to break the door open. The door seemed to be destroyed. I was scared.).........

......... I : Last time, I asked the police to call me first. I always answer rightly.
policeman: Just get out.
......... I : I'm on the job. Don't interfere with my work.
policeman: You raised your hand against someone.
......... I : What? Don't be ridiculous. Who said that?
policeman: You just get out.
......... I : Please bring here the person who called the police.

Later, they went back.
Usually, once I open the door, they keep blustering out at least 30 minutes. They frequently harass us these days.

Once I make a complaint against someone or ask about the harassment to someone, immediately the police come. If I don't do so, they gradually escalate the harassment until I complain. They actually never stop the harassment.

=== A Trap in the Citizen Judge System (supplement) ===

The Japanese police seem to want to exclude the nuisance from the society at any cost.

From now on, the police will train ordinary citizens for the judiciary service. There is no doubt but they are going to hold blatantly incoherent trials. They need blindly obedient citizens for the system. For that purpose, they have increased the number of organized stalkers. Such stalkers are the prospective citizen jury for them.

The situation in which citizens work under the bureaucrats does not mean the separation of powers. It is the citizens' power to dismiss illicit bureaucrats. In developed countries, leading judges are elected among the people. It's enough. Without implementing the appropriate election system, the police complacently say that the system in which their minions are deployed is democracy.

I would like all the people to recognize that illicit attacks against tax payers are complacently carried out in every corner of Japan and that there are many people who, not knowing how to protest, are simply compelled to accept the injustice.

A quake hit the Noto peninsula on the west coast of Japan's main island of Honshu at 4:33 am (1933 GMT) on January 26, 2008 at a depth of 11 kilometers (seven miles), the agency said, adding there were no reports of casualties and no risk of a tsunami (See Note 1).

Japanese Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda, who will chair the annual Group of Eight (G8) summit in July, was scheduled to deliver a speech on the same day at the annual gathering of world business and political leaders in Davos (See Note 2).

This earthquake is probably an artificial earthquake that was created for the purpose of distracting people's attention from Mr. Fukuda's speech in case it ended up a failure.

People are already familiar with these kinds of artificial earthquakes in Japan (See Note 3, 4). Media reporters seemed to get turned off.

Japan calls for environmental protection while using its technology for conducting violence behind the stage.
