I'm looking for people based in Japan ( who can speak and read english and Japanese) & who have knowledge or a love of anime and manga and are willing to help me retrieve information from various anime companies, manga companies, and games companies, who sell games based on Anime.
I have a small budget but am willing and can pay a small amount.
