Post Your Anime/Manga Drawings Here

great job vixen ^^
As for arek I bet you're playing games like guilty gear X, last bronx and samurai shodown a lot :p

YAY VIXEN! thats great! how old are you?
i wish i was as good at that
i might just be being modest according to some people but definitely think your better then me!

I do more than draw them I must admit.^^;;
I studyed them(personally not class wise).
I know to much about their ways of life.x.x

Guilty Gear X I have, but never got to into the others since they never really changed the game.x.x
Samurai shodown I love.
Guess Why?*lmao*
I love samurai.^^;

lol then why don't you make your own game designing your own characters sprites with mugen? :D
It might be a good experience since You'll be able to draw the entire moves sprite after sprite ^^
As for me I used to draw too when I was young but I've prefered fairies ,angels, dragons and demons... :D:D:D

You know if I had the money to buy one of those pad things for the PC so I can really draw my own sprites I would do that really.:o

I've made sprites before and with a mouse it's a pain in the ***.

But, the pad is like..lowest is $80? That I seen.x.x

You sound like you were more into fantasy drawing.:o

Well you don't necessarily need a pad to draw sprites ^^
Haven't you seen the thing I posted here?
IT was 100% made with a mouse and even if it's crapy, making a sprite is 30 times less complicate (at least that's what I think) since most sprites are in 256 colors. If I manage to retrieve some Screen mascot I made when I was younger I'll post it here, so you'll see that everything is possible :D
So, ganbatte !!

Anyway yes I'm more into fantasy drawing. I dunno why but even if SF and samurai stories are attractives, I've always prefered magic worlds this (maybe because they're the most unreal worlds)

Hi there!
Here's a picture i recently did
took me about a week

Hi, welcome on the forum ^^
This CG's great, can you give me some hints about how you made the outlines and so?
Did you started from a scanned picture or did you used a penpad?

That picture looks great!
If you give Dreamer hints I think i'll need some too >.>
I've never been very good with CG.........
welcome to the forum!

Hmm.. I wonder I can share my anime drawing talent here... :?

Serene...

Oh, do bear in mind that the pic above is monochromatic (black & white) and I don't really like the concept of colouring every pic, whether it's CG or traditional. I prefer to keep it in its original form. :sorry:

Not bad Notbad.
But,may I suggest something(For the b&w girl drawing from Hikki)
Something seems a little weird about her elbows..like they are somewhat..to pointed and long.
But, other than that good job.

I must say I am the same way.
I only CGed three of my drawings for fun.
I like drawing B&W.
So,I may lead toward manga, or just B&W drawing for animations.

I'm the same way about my artwork, i've never really wanted to color in my pictures on the computer until recently.
I detail most of my pictures far to much to be able to scan them in and color anyways. I really like original artwork. And if something's to be colored in I prefer paints.

I mean CGing is fun sometimes, but time consumeing.
And I wanna buy one of those drawing pad things so i can do work on the PC as well.

Sure CGing is time consuming lol, but if you don't practice you won't be able to make anything ^^
I've only Cged 4 drawings in my life, but when you compare the final result to the original you feel like you've made something ^^

I want that feeling >=[
I'm never really satisified with my original work - I always feel the need to go back and add more. It's difficult to put life into your picture without color, I find. But that's probably just me. My artwork's pretty limited. 😌

Well...I don't think you'll be "really" satisfied with your 1st or 2nd CG. However, starting from the 3rd or 4rth, when you'll compare the uncolored and the colored version, you'll start to see that there's improvements (even if they're minor), and began to feel more and more satisfied :D

I'll just have to try it for myself and we'll see ^^
if I ever get around to coloring something in i'll post it up here first thing! :p

Eh sometimes, but again I enjoy manga-ish b&w more than CG.
I'm a balck and white kinda guy.*lol*

Well I prefer colored pictures :D
Maybe you should look at war of genesis and magna carta's wallpaper p

Magna Carta artwork is really nifty o.o;;
(just thought i'd say so)
Is ANYONE going to post anymore artwork here?

**lazy to reinstall windows 98 and his scanner**
**lazy to draw using his mouse**
**don't wanna show his hand-made horrors**

Hum...very logical, considering that 20 posts are needed in order to view what people with over 20 posts are posting in the gallery :eek:

Here are some pics....

This is a picture of Jin Kazama and Ling Xiayou from the video game Tekken...sorry that this picture bites, but I only spent about 10-15mins drawing this..sorry its so bad, but I drew it this morning around 3:30am...so my hand, and my mind wasn't of state, besides, I really didn't care how it turned out, but oh well, enjoy though...

Here is an imcomplete drawing that I am working on right now, just showing you people the progression...this is the main villain from my book, I've posted a drawing of him before in here already, but here he is wearing his armor...or at least...what I've finished of it, oh yes, and here he's portrayed again, holding his mighty weapon.
