What the hell did Capcom USA do to Onimusha 3?

Holy hell, I just played Onimusha 3. I like the game itself, but can I ask you why in the world did Capcom use the 'I'm hercules' voice for Jean Reno when he can speak PERFECTLY GOOD ENGLISH?

I can understand Takeshi Kaneshiro to a degree, but why can't Capcom do something without totally boning up the attempt?

American offices (Square-Enix USA, Capcom USA etc) ruin just about every Japan based game with the horrid dubs. It's no more of a surprise anymore but it makes you wanna pull out your hair.

Seriously, even english dubs are horrible , i mean seriously look at Love Hina... kitsune totally sounds like a redneck.. what is that? all red necks are supposedt o bea drunkards?
