If you look at the "Cast", Rick Hara is billed as "Tetsu".

That was my stage name registered with the Screen Actors' Guild back in my show business days. I played a journalist from Japan in that film.

It turned out there IS a real Rick Hara, and he's a white guy and a professional bowler.
