Thanks! Yeah, The Crow is my life. I have all DVDs, all novels, and am searching for all the comics. But I'll shuddup now, because I don't want to sound obsessed.

Remaking? Wow, haven't heard that. It'd kind of suck if they remade it...Brandon Lee is Eric Draven. But I know the fourth movie comes out on DVD July 19th. The Crow: Wicked Prayer. Edward Furlong is Jimmy Cuervo (the crow). Edward Furlong! You know, the Terminator 2 kid. Check it!

just a point, um people who play bass always thinks bass is better than guitar, i find that interesting. i think bass sounds very very very nice *dances to Toshiya's bass* and guitar is good too *dances to hide* o yes getting to my point may i ask why? (all my friends who are bassists thikns bass is better than guitar...)

excuse my lack of music knowledge, but i believe normally guitar have 6 stings and bass has 4. but there are 6 string basses too... weirded. basses are longer...the sounds are different too. lol i dont know anymore...

Guitar is a tenor, or mid-range instrument, and bass is a bass, or low-range, instrument (go figure). Most guitars are six strings, E A D G B E from low to high, and most basses are four strings, E A D G from low to high. The bass sounds one octave lower than the guitar. There are also seven string guitars with a B below the low E, and five and six string basses, with the extra strings being B below the low E and B above the G. Bass necks are longer than guitar necks, and the frets are farther apart. I believe that's about all.

By the way, I'm almost positive that you've heard a bass guitar. You may not have known that you were hearing one, but I'm sure you've heard one. It's hard to have gotten around without hearing one nowadays.

Unless you're deaf, and even then you can feel it the most of all the instruments

When you look at what you think are the guitarrists of a band, check out the guy that plays with the hand above the strings and flicks them with only a few of his fingertips, rather than infront of the strings... well.. it's not a rule or anything, but it's pretty common that someone playing the bass will have a bit more layed back sort of playing (holding the bass low and stuff) since it usually doesn't have the quick changes that playing the guitarr does

Hehe, bass is better! But that's just me.
I played guitar originally, hated it, got to play bass and love it... bass is harder with moving about, because since the neck's longer the frets are further apart so your fingers need to streetch more... But I couldn't do bar chords on guitar.. they're hard >.< Bass sounds good because it adds depth to the music... A lot of older rock was driven mainly by bass (and Garbage's first album... Niiice)

I think of a band like a body:
Drums - Bones (holds everything together)
Bass - Muscle (gives it strength, depth)
Guitar - Skin (on the outside, a pretty obvious thing... works with prejudice cause some people judge music just cause of the guitar instead of looking deeper - a bit like racism)
Vocals - Face (kind of like the racism concept, and a focal point)
Keyboard and any extra stuff - Makeup, hair style, piercings and tattoos! (accesories to make it more interesting or "wacky")

lol ya i was thinking fr playing double bass (not bass guitar) in strings... but then people told me i was too small the intrument could crush me... TnT it sounds so good tho!! bass guitar sounds awsome too! i got hooked to the sound of bass after i heard the song Cage by Diru. hehe, guitar is very hard too... im trying to learn it... lol drums really kick *** but i cant play it for beans

Double bass looks hard... And I've tried to play one - It's weird, verry different to bass guitar... I want to learn violin, they sound so pretty!
