Nope,It's a kingdom and the system is very corrupted.
BTW,If you have democracy it doesnt mean you are okay if the system is corrupted,stealing the money,keeping people poor,working against people's will.

They are already protests in China but the Chinese government used the force just like Gaddafi,No one can say anything because the chinese government is strong.

The Spanish government is one of the corrupted government just like in Mexico and south america governments...
they are not different than Arab govs,Greec gov.
