Scanner Question, Please

I'd like to know if it is possible to somehow upgrade a scanner with Windows 98 software to Windows XP? If so, can the upgrade be downloaded from the Net? Must it be purchased? Expensive?

Or it just is not possible?

Some companies offer new drivers, but not all. You should check the company's website

You should be fine with XP.

When I installed XP PRO last year, it had drivers for everything in it already it seemed. Most were more up to date then the drivers that came with the add-ons. I bet it will work fine.
