I dislike to make people worried, but it was necessary I warn people from Australia to Japan.

In recent months, some signs of a geophysical changes appeared in a belt between Australia to Japan that is the start of an earthquake in one of the points of this belt.

It is my personal forecast based on these scientific signs.

Landslip on Australian Beach Opens up 300-Meter-Wide Hole

Island Goes Missing in Japan on Northern Sea Border

And this is the map that I drew. The red points show the the active layers of ground and rocks undersea and the blue arrows show the direction of movement of the territories in two side of the belt:

However, I wanted to warn people about a probable great natural happening in the area. In my opinion, it is a serious caution.

Hi, thomas
Apparently, the political aspect of the phenomena is more important than its natural threat in the medias.

Based on this type of political interpretation I expect a few days later this rumor is spread out by those medias that Russia or China have eaten the islet!

Apart from these political aspects, I actually am worried about happening a hard earthquake somewhere in the belt. The points that I'm more worried about are Australia coast and Japan.

A hard undersea earthquake can create a destroyer tsunami in the zone. It is not obvious in which point the quake will happen (it is not foreseeable) but in every point that it happens it will be very dangerous.

I hope it doesn't happen at all, but there is a high probability that it happens.

Hi Mansoor,

I don't think the disappearance of the island, or at least the bit of it above sea level, is related to a major natural event about to occur. A small 1.4m island has 'disappeared' sometime in the last 40 years in an area that gets a lot of wind and ice in winter - as the person at the bottom of the article said, erosion was probably the cause. Also what has happened recently is the discovery of its disappearance, its disappearance may well have occurred some years back.

Hi, Lothor

I hope it is the same that you say but the signs in Australia and now in the Japan shores inspire me that something is wrong in the belt of undersea.
Usually my scientific sense doesn't go wrong. In my opinion, the ground is talking with us. These signs are a kind of its announcement and declaration.

The two separated layers of the belt rocks are going to be collapsed and this means a horrible earthquake is going to happen in one of the points of the ocean.

If you look at the map accurately you will find out New Guinea land had been a part of Australia thousands years ago. Also, Japan had been a part of China (Asia) that has been separated thousands years ago gradually.

The line that I drew shows the boundary of the separation across the belt from Asia continent to Australia. The earth is expanded in this area gradually during many centuries. This means many small or great quakes have happened in the zone in duration of the expansion on and off.

Now these signs show that it is the time of another transition in the belt. Another stage of a sudden expansion (after the interior pressure of the two parts reaches its highest degree) is in the way in the near future. My worry is because of my discovery about this geophysical fact.

The problem is that people and even geophysics research organizations don't believe in my claim and clarification and don't get the foreseeing serious.

It seems to be a real feeling due to the signs that I mentioned.

Nobody can foresee an earthquake or a hurricane a long before but sometimes some small unprecedented changes in the nature is sign of another occurrence.

For example, sometimes before a volcano becomes active and and begins erupting, people in the area may hear some sounds like roar from the mount or underground, a few days before.

Or before a rainstorm people feel the smell of steam in the air, while the weather is sunny wholly. or the minute before an earthquake birds fly to every side frightened, dogs begin barking unreasonably, and horse become unrest in their stables.

These are some signs of a natural occurrence before they happens. My probable forecast was based on these signs.

So my personal concept tells, the ground undersea between Australia to Japan is not tranquil.

Of course there is a probability that my feeling (based on the signs) is wrong and baseless or the event may is not so dangerous that I imagine. I hope it is so and I'm in a mistake and it is just a null illusion.

As I forecast before, one of the future earthquakes occurred in the specified areas.

News
A magnitude 7.5 earthquake struck Indonesia’s Central Sulawesi province on Sept. 28, 2018, triggering a tsunami and landslides that caused widespread destruction and loss of life. More than 2,000 people are known to have died and 4,400 are seriously injured, according to the Indonesia disaster management agency. About 1.5 million people in Central Sulawesi are likely affected. With about 68,000 houses damaged or destroyed, hundreds of thousands of people are still displaced.

I hope you have believed in my scientific foreseeing of the series of the earthquake in the belt that I specified.

Another quake undersea near Philippines:

181229024339-philippines-earthquake-exlarge-169.jpg

7.0 magnitude earthquake was recorded off the coast of the southern Philippines on Saturday, according to the US Geological Survey.
The quake occurred at 11:39 a.m. about 120 miles southeast of Mindanao's largest city, Davao, and approximately 62 miles southeast of the city of Pondaguitan.

The US Pacific Tsunami Warning Center has warned of a tsunami threat for parts of the Pacific that were closer to the earthquake. The coasts of Indonesia, the Philippines and Palau may see tsunami waves of less than a foot above tide levels.

Of course this is not the last and this belt is unquiet yet. In my last visual research I estimated this belt is divided into two branch which one reach Japan and another goes to Myanmar. Most likely Myanmar and south of other countries in the path are the target of the nature phenomena. I mostly am suspicious about Myanmar, because I think the pressure of the undersea grounds will be discharged there.
I also ask Japanese to be in caution about the risk because Japan has been situated in the tip of another branch.

The shores of Australia is not secure about such the similar quakes as well.

I recently heard the story that Japanese believe in that If the tall eel (oarfish) that lives in the deep places of ocean comes up and is seen on the water it is the sign of a hard earthquake and tsunami!

Although Japanese express this as an ancient supernatural belief and is a myth, If this relation between the fish and an earthquake has a true background, I think coming up such the hidden fish to the surface of the seas around Japan has a scientific reason that goes back to a series of unexpected evens underwater.

You have probably heard this news that animals can predict a natural disaster such as earthquake beforehand. Fishes are not an exception and most likely they can predict happening a natural even in the sea because of a series signs that appear underwater, for example a slow movement of rocks, or appearing some gases such as sulfur undersea. So, although ancient Japanese made a myth from this event, but it truly has a real root in the science and the super consciousness of animals, among those fishes.

However, this is a news that I found about the unusual appearance of the fishes that caused fear in somebodies of the area:

(CNN) - Fears of an incoming natural disaster in Japan are swirling online after sightings of a deep-water fish believed to be a harbinger of earthquakes and tsunamis.
On Friday, two oafish were discovered after being caught in fishing nets off the northern prefecture of Toyama, bringing the total found this season to seven. Earlier this week, a 3.2-meter (10.5 foot) oarfish washed up on the shore of Toyama Bay, while a 4-meter (13 foot) long oarfish was tangled in a fishing net off the port of Imizu.

304f85d6-251e-11e9-9177-bd3ae24bba4f-image-hires-142329.jpg

The elusive oarfish live between 200 and 1,000 meters (650 to 3,200 feet) deep and are characterized by silvery skin and red fins.
Traditionally known as "Ryugu no tsukai" in Japanese, or the "Messenger from the Sea God's Palace," legend has it that they beach themselves on shores ahead of underwater earthquakes. But scientists dispute such claims.
"There is no scientific evidence at all for the theory that oarfish appear around big quakes. But we cannot 100% deny the possibility," Uozu Aquarium keeper Kazusa Saiba told CNN.
"It could be that global warming might have an impact on the appearance of oarfish or a reason we're just not aware of."

The myth of oarfish as harbinger of destruction gained some traction after the 2011 Fukushima earthquake and subsequent tsunami, which killed more than 20,000 people. At least a dozen oarfish had washed up onto Japan's coastline in the year prior to the disaster, according to Kyodo News.
While he doubted the theory's validity, Saiba said one possible scientific explanation could be that subtle changes in the Earth's crust at the bottom of the sea ahead of an earthquake "might cause the current to stir and push creatures at the bottom to the surface."
But Osamu Inamura, director of Uozu Aquarium, had a more scientific theory about the Toyama Bay sighting -- that oarfish are following the movement of their food supply, a kind of a micro shrimp.
"When their shrimp supply rises toward plankton during the daytime, the oarfish may sometimes follow and get caught in fishermen's nets," Inamura said.

As I heard in the news, an earthquake with 5.7 Richter power shook the Hokkaido Island in the north of Japan. Luckily it hasn't any destruction and people of the area remained safe.

After the quake, The Japanese network, NHK that usually broadcasts singing and dancing, stopped its usual programs and began showing the effects of the quake in the area via individual CCTV cameras, for about two hours.

Also, an earthquake with 7.5 Richter energy at the dept of 132 Km underground close to Peru borders happened in the south of Ecuador. Fortunately this quake hadn't a notable cusualty, except a few injured.

I believe, people of the world should go back to the almighty God and modify their believes and actions. Although materialism doesn't believe in supernatural things and also some common people in the world express the imaginary opinions about natural disasters based on some old man-made religions and myths, but we must believe in the supernatural authority that dominates on the world and nature. Even falling a drop of rain is not randomly!

God says in Koran: (chapter 6- verse 59)

...he knows that which is in the land and sea. no leaf falls except he knows it, and there is no grain in the darkness of the earth, fresh or withered, but is recorded in a clear book. (59)

Mansoor - although I agree that people generally do need to live better lives than they are doing and materialism is currently a destructive force in the world, it sounds as if you are suggesting that earthquakes are a punishment for human behaviour, which I can't agree with.

First of all, I advocate people and wish they have a good concept for a better living and safety.

My purpose was not to threaten people about a supernatural punishment, but I tried to relate a reality that sadly many people are unaware about it or pay no attention to.

It seems unbelievable for secularism that a natural disaster may have a supernatural reason and causality.

An earthquake in Japan? That’s a mighty prediction. Here’s the thing: Japan has always been earthquake-prone. The fish in Toyama is a cool story, but as someone in Hokkaido, and who has been to Toyama to get a sense of its position geographically, they are very different places, an hour flight away from each other. If I were to start a relationship with God, it wouldn’t be because tectonic plates shift in a relatively predictable way.

I understand that. You seem like a genuinely nice person, and although I don't share your religious views, I do respect them. I also share
your desire for a less materialistic world.
However, if you make comments from the Koran and about people's materialism in the same post as warnings about earthquakes,
people may think that you are threatening them.

God is merciful to people and also has chosen science and knowledge for man (because he himself is the originator of science and man). He doesn't love ignorance and ignorant persons.

Of course science and knowledge is not limited to substance sciences and technology. These are not the only cause of perfection of man. Theology is another aspect of science and knowledge that is greater than the material sciences and technology.

God loves both the types of the science, because he is the topmost scientist and speaks and acts based on logic and justice. But as I told before, sadly the most of people of the world don't know God as he is and don't believe in this reality that he is the cause and doer of every event, and every being and not being.

Even those who believe in God have some wrong opinions about God because of lack of right knowledge about him. A group of them think, God is an existence in the heaven who created the world and human and then left him to do freely whatever he like and enjoy his life without any measuring and account! This is a wrong opinion about God.

God is alive, understands the smallest action that a human does and supervises him every moment. God has ordered human to move to the perfection of humanity with science and constructive actions and avoid the believes and actions which hurt humanity.

For example, he prohibited drinking alcohol which removes the intellect and consciousness of people and then causes some bad events for the dinker or others. Sadly, the most of non Muslim people in the world not only haven't a correct recognition about God, but also don't believe in such the logical prohibition.

Of course, this is just an example and there are many other wrong believes and actions that are included disobeying God and his logical orders.

Well, what the consequence of disobeying God will be?

There are many explanations that if I want to express it will take long a lot.

I just say something that is not accountable with material sciences and the secularism belief:

Disasters are connected to the type of believes and actions of man, whether Muslim or non Muslim folks.
If even a group of Muslims moves opposite to God's advise and commendation they are not secure of retribution.

In general, God has two aspect and reaction; his merciful aspect, and his justice aspect, while his mercy is prior to his justice. He usually behaves to human with his mercy unless he continues his wrongs persistently and doesn't repent.

I had the unfortunate experience of suspecting seismic trouble after one event and having the means --- without realizing (of course) what was going to happen -- having the means to record my concerns that a very slight shake in the Tokyo area that I felt early one morning was a prelude to something worse.

It was a couple of mornings before the day of that Friday, the 11th of March, 2011. I had placed a post to my colleague/partner in the admin section of our forum that I had the awful feeling that a very odd shake I felt ever so slightly was such that I believed it was a sort of sign of trouble. We later ended up moving that post out to the main board and using it to start a thread on that event in 2011.

I had been in Japan since '83 and so had felt many shakes over the years and had never had such a strange feeling about a shake before that morning. I don't even know why I woke up, except that it had not been a completely unusual thing for me to wake up at any time of night or morning a couple of minutes before a shake, but I got used to that. I never did ask any specialist, if there is such a person, why I was frequently waking up minutes before a shake. My wife and I became quite used to it. Many times I wouldn't even wake her up.

But that one time I woke up and felt so strange that I seemed to need to post about it to somebody outside of my abode --- well, that was just plain weird. And very, very unpleasant for a very long time.

Except for it being possible to view that thread on our forum I do not believe I have ever gone public with this information before. I did discuss with some doctor friends the horribleness of the situation of the feelings surrounding my sort of sensing that event was coming, but we have no clue as to what caused the waking up or the certainty that it meant trouble.

What is even more interesting is that I have never since that early morning experience ever again woken up before a shake, like I used to. Almost like I was purged of that trouble.

Interesting adventure, EGI-ECT :)

I think you have a gift that can go beyond the absolute science and technology! I hope you find your way to a greater reality that it is God. Sadly the most of people pay no attention to this dimension; they live in a material world and just accept physical ideas.

However, two weeks ago I found this God's expression in one of the prays:

" what happens in an object, I'm its doer, like seizing the soul of my believer, who hates death and its difficulties..."
after this expression the prayer requests God not to put him and his loved ones in death (gives him and his beloveds a long lifetime)

This shows, the smallest change that happens in a substance or in the universe is done by God (the final cause is God).

Sometimes God gives a gift to a human to understand some mysterious thing upon physics science that you called it "feeling".

If you actually have such the repeatedly experience of prediction of the shakes you probably are capable for a faith. Of course you have not stepped in this way yet, but can be in a start point.

***************

Of course what I predicted in this thread was not just a feeling, it was a "feeling + a series of scientific signs" relative to some change and replacements that happened in the layers of the underwater grounds in recent decades, in the specified area.

It's recently been shown that some people can detect magnetic fields. And research indicates that there are electric & magnetic field anomalies preceding some earthquakes. So my armchair hypothesis is that you're one of those people.

mdchachi, I sincerely don't know much about that mag field stuff, but I have run across articles and information here and there over the years about some folks that seem to be a tad on the unusual side. Well, that is unusual outside of having a weird brain like I have.

But I must tell you that being woke up before an earthquake and it happening for so many years like it was happening to me is a very unpleasant style of having to live. There were even a few times when I might be in the office and an odd feeling would hit and after a bit I completely stopped giving off any indications that I sensed anything, because it was just plain too weird. I didn't understand it and I didn't like it. I'm really, really glad it seems to have stopped.

NOW, the reason I have returned to this is because I suppose this is the sort of active thread for jishin stuff and I am having a researcher style worry about that jishin this morning at 0225 in Hokkaido. The moment I saw that during my usual morning JMA run it hit me right away that the surface activity for a quake 110kms down was way higher than is normal for that area. In fact, the records show that the majority of depth activity is 40 to 60 kms deep, not 110. That was the first thing that struck me odd and then to see all those 4s on the surface for that strength and depth just makes me feel very uncomfortable and I sure hope I am wrong. This has nothing to do with that weird feeling stuff, because that seems to happily be all done --- but strictly from the information I have seen over a recent couple of years that depth and strength and resultant intensity on the surface do not add up.

So let me give you some links:

This morning's shake: Japan Meteorological Agency | Earthquake Information

For the remainder of the links it is easier to use tenki.jp;

And here are two of about the same strength, but about half the distance down:

Here is another one of a stronger nature and still about half the distance down:

So you can see from the data provided in those links that this morning's was not proper, if we can classify Mother Nature's activities as being proper or not. I hope she doesn't get angry at me. She and I haven't been getting along lately. I wonder if she keeps an eye on this forum.

Some hard natural phenomena inspire an unknown fear in the heart of human; earthquakes, hard hurricanes, hard sequential thunderbolts, lunar eclipse, solar eclipse that are the signs of doomsday ( when the world ends these signs appear).

This sense is in the nature of human without he knows its reason, and the fear is because of this unknown sense.
Especially earthquake is the highest indication of doomsday, because in the end of the world all the universe among the earth will be collapsed and a series of horrible and destructive quakes will happen; as the mountains will move to every side and will be smashed into small parts and dust.

Also some great storms and horrible thunderbolts will happen as human has never experienced before.

(years ago at midnight an earthquake took place in Shiraz 'my city'. I ran to the yard quickly less than the seconds because of fear and looked at sky fearfully. In the situation, I saw a lot of small, short and soundless lightning in the sky, while at the time, the sky was clear and there was no cloud. I never understood what the lightnings were and what the reason was)!

However, in such the situations that the scary phenomena happens (an earthquake or other phenomena that causes a fear in majority of people) Muslims are obligated by God (not by the Islamic government) to do a particular short prayer that is called " signs prayer".

Actually, Mansoor, this planet Earth has really settled down a whole bunch since a bit back when it was still moving all that land around to get everything about where it is now. Humans just aren't so tough, like they think they are. You go stand next to Mt. Fuji and you'll notice how little you are. We ain't nothing compared to such like that on this planet.

BUT the reason I am doing this post is to offer that you left out the biggest threat to Earth --- things flying through the vast ocean of space.

I mean, a few years ago a relatively tiny piece of something came flying out of that ocean of space and sailed past a bunch of stunned little human types and broke a bunch of glass windows and stuff. And we have images of a lot of that. Happened in the northern area of the Russian Motherland, if my memory serves correctly.

Yep, it is the danger from beyond that should worry folks more than a mere crack in the Earth. Of course, us humans being so weak and tiny, we need to be worried about almost everything, don't we?

And this reference to something seen in the sky has me quite wondering. I seem to remember many years ago reading some study about atmospheric disturbances observed during an earthquake.

But it is certainly not every time that it happens, because I was once flying a chopper over an area as a seismic event of some strength started and we knew because the snow was starting to throw a sort of heavy white fog up as we were on approach and it was immediately clear I had to abort that approach and the first thing one does in that situation is break one's neck looking around to make sure you don't veer into the path of another bird and I saw no odd atmospheric anything above me.

Funny how some weird emergency situations seem to stay stuck in your brain forever. Anybody who has ever flipped an auto over knows that.

Anyway, you jog my deeper memory, Mansoor. I'm sure I have read about that atmospheric stuff during earthquakes. Maybe somebody else can help us on this one.

I remember a Japanese fella wrote something about clouds with odd shapes during an earthquake; or before one. But that is not what I am thinking about on the topic. I seem to also remember dismissing that Japanese fella's writings, but I don't remember at this moment why.
