What are your new years resolutions?

mines:
1.) Stop spending so much money I am a daddy now.
2.) Continue to work out like I have the past 2 months
3.) I've found a Love interest. Try to make this last I am not getting any younger.
4.) Be a good father!!!!!!!!!

Also what tips can you give to stick out your resolutions.
I suggest just keep a List attatched to the Fridge, everybodys center of information.

• And make more time for people.

4. Spend less time by the computer at home and read more books
5. Stretch more at work and at home when sitting by the desk....
6. Will definately be more active with skiing...which reminds me that I need a new pair of "after-ski" boots for the skiing holiday abroad.....

Dearest Duo, you fail to realize that acknowledgement and realization are two completely different things. You can be subconciously aware of impending doom, yet think nothing of it. One can also see something that is there and refuse to believe it. It's difficult to explain.

That's pretty funny, is not just the gym, many start to carry out their new year resolution but like you said after a week or two they pretty much give up

My new year's resolution is to try to get back to an A's and B's level when taking my classes. And get a job.

just a few days ago ,I have no idea about the new year 2006,but from yesterday and today I have got some inspiration.

first ,pass the exam which means important to me ~

second,get up earlier in the morning ~ and take exercise to make my bodily form more healthy.

third, improve my self-confidence.

fourth,there are a lot to learn, I hope I can make a big advancement in this year~

How many people will honestly stick to the work out resolution. I was talking to my Gym's membership counselor. He said in the new year they are packed with people determined to get in shape for the new but by the middle of the month that decreases steadily. I find this funny but also believe it to be true. I myself constantly work out but not as much as I should have until November last year I started MAX OT training. (Very Good program) And enjoy the workouts so I have continued to do them. I wonder if it is just not having enough time or plain lazyness?

I think it's laziness. A lot of people get hyped up on New Year and think signing up for a membership at a gym will help them being in a shape, but the reality hits and realize that they actually have to work which is too much work for them, so they quit.

My resolutions are:
1. Finish all of the Adirondack 46 high peaks, I did 25 last summer and half way through!
2. Learn how to cook with a lot more different kinds of vegetable.
3. Take more pictures.
