Interesting~!why Kozuimi is so forgetful~

Today ,In Kuala Lumpur,Kozuimi forgot to take his pen which use for signature "Kuala Lumpur Manifesto" with him...

Kozuimi turn to borrow the pen from Wen(prime minister of China)

"This Pen borrowing" actually has a hidden meaning.
In Chinese, there have a idiom called ﾋ?ｪ笔ﾅ津ｹ销 (yi bi gou xiao), literally means that "Cancelled withone stroke of the pen", real meaning is "To forget the past affair" I guessed this is what Koizumi think, Wen should get it......
But, for me, if wanna forget all the past, Japan should show his sincerity first, not going to pray those war crimes oftenly.
