I am bored?

Would I am bored (Both writen and spoken) be わたしつまらないです or would that be I am boring?

It can be both "I am bored" and "I am boring". The problem is that the meaning "to be bored" can also mean うんざりしている, 退屈だ, 暇だ, 飽き飽きしている, etc., etc... in Japanese.
