You'd better take your umbrella with you

Dear native English speakers, I have another question.
Which would be used?
It may rain.
(a) You'd better take your umbrella with you.
(b) You'd better bring your umbrella with you.
(c) You'd better carry your umbrella.

Both (a) and (b) would be used. I feel (c) would be used as well but probably not as often.

C would only refer to exactly what way you take your umbrella. It would be explicitly saying that you should be literally holding the umbrella in your hands (as opposed to e.g. having it in a backpack), and it would strongly imply not actively using it.

On that note, "you'd better use your umbrella" would also be used. Also, the "with you" at the end of A and B are optional.
