Hello, does somebody know what is written on this flag? This flag was carried by a soldier in a “comfort bag” (袋問慰). Many thanks

There is only one slogan 武運長久 "Eternal good luck in battle" at the upper center of the flag. The lower center is the recipient's name 中瀬四郎 Nakase Shirō. The rest are all signatures.

The order of the kanji of comfort bag is 慰問袋. It's written from right to left on the bag, as same as the slogan and recipient's name on the flag.
