Giving birth is NOTHING compared to an abscess tooth. I'd rather give birth again than have another abscess tooth...

you get an enormous thrombosic-hemorrhoid !!! Where they stick the needle to numb it before they cut it open, you don't want to know!!!

I dunno...when they stick the catheter (sp?) to drain the fragments of the kidney stones and leave it in a private spot for two weeks, and every time you need to relieve yourself you feel the bloody catheter(sp?) burn, that is a real pain...and also when they give you medication to relieve the pain that causes constipation...a real nightmare all around when going to the restroom

im not too keen on being in deep water far from shore, this usually happens when i get the bright idea to swim out to a bouy. then i get out there and i wonder why i did it and usually swim back pretty fast. dont trust whats under the water. this is n/a for parts of the gulf of mexico on the texas coast because you can just walk to the bouy as the water will only get about chest high

No. Lesser mortals might have perished, but I'm still in good shape.
I even have a photogenic memory now.
I had 7 surgeries during '90 and '92, then I had a recurrence in '01 and had my skull cut open again. They pull down your scalp and drill 4 holes in your skull, then insert the blade of a surgical saw and connect the 4 points into a rectangle. Enough to make you pass out. . . .

The reasons we go to war these days....
first it's because of weapons of mass destruction, then it's because we don't need the UN or any evidence to go to war, then it's because we didn't like the leader of that country, even if it's nearly a decade since he committed atrocities to his own people, then it's because we didn't need to have any reasons to go to war (Per John Ashcroft's paraphrase)...Isn't John Ashcroft the same dude that said that downloading pirated music off the internet is equivalent to a terrorist act? and wasn't the whole meaning of war against terrorism to fight off and stop terrorists? So, my question is what exactly does Mr. Ashcroft consider terrorism? Doesn't the Neo-Nazi faction and Aryan Nation groups that had plagued honest American citizens in the past with bank robberies and racial slayings not qualify anymore? But, I guess since he doesn't need any reason to justify a war anymore, I guess home grown terrorists are no longer qualified to become actual terrorists...so much for homeland security

migraines..... pain so bad it feels like my head will implode... instead it makes me throw up nurmerous times.....
I don't get them often but when I feel one coming on I get scared of what's to come!

Since you asked anyway. I hope you haven't just eaten.
In 1990 I was diagnosed with a tumor in the right side of my brain about the size of a jumbo egg. The M.D.s couldn't believe I was functioning normally. The tumor was very vascular so to attempt to cut into it would have been like trying to put a scalpel through a balloon without popping it. So I had to have a (1) surgery called "embolization" to cut off all blood supply to the tumor inside my brain; once the tumor had lost it's sources of blood, I had (2) the initial surgery (15 hrs) to partially remove the tumor. It's not the sort of thing you can just grab and pull out, so the surgeon had to chip away at it. The doctor can't go on forever so at some point he had to close me up even if all the tumor had not been removed; (3) several months later, I had another surgery (18 hrs.) to completely remove the tumor. But because so much of the surrounding tissues had to be removed to make sure no tumor cells were left behind, some hole popped open at the base of my brain and cerebral-spiral fluids started leaking; (4) I had surgery #4 to close up some of these holes but it was unsuccessful in closing all of the holes permanently; there were still some fluids leaking into my sinus cavity so (5) I had operation #5 where a ear/nose/throat specialist went in up my nose with some surgical tools and closed the last hole using some body fat from my mid-section (bad move!); a few months later the fat had either receded or been metabolized and the hole opened again and I leaked fluids all over my court documents, so I had surgery (6) but this time the ENT doc used some muscle tissue instead of fat; but the tissue wasn't exactly stitched to the nasal cavity so that came off a few months later. Now looking back on it, I should've known better that body fat or muscle tissue just placed over a hole would never close it for good; I should've looked for a better way. Finally, a neurosurgeon opened up my skull (surgery # 7) and closed up the hole using surgical glue and such.
I was fine between 1992 and 2001 when I had a recurrence of the tumor. Fortunately, it was much smaller this time so it took just one surgery (# 8 of my career) and radiation treatment.
All these surgeries damaged several of the facial nerves on the right side of my face, so I got out of show biz since my agent considered me a damaged good. Nature of the business.

The M.D.s weren't very optimistic in 2001, but in addition to their treatment I also took matters into my own hands and put together my own healing program. I included such modalities as Chi Kung, homeopathic medicine, visualization techinques, sound vibration therapy, past-life regression therapy (and standard psycho therapy), colonics, lymphatic drainage therapy, cranial balancing, as well as nutritional supplements including Japan's own "Sun Chlorella."
6 months later, the tumor had shrunken to about 2/3 or 1/2 of it's previous size. 6 additional months later, the doctor could barely see any tumor left.
I am now adept enough at Chi Kung to give healing treatments to others. I even accepted my first student but he ended up moving to Oregon.
