i think civilians did't every push their countries to start the wars , but also when any country attack , they kill civilians to make sure that the Leaders will surrender, civilians always oppressed , as we seen in last wars and many others ....

This question is pretty general so it deserves a general answer: people are the cause of wars. All of those things you listed can, of course, start wars as well as many other reasons.

The tragedy of war is that, unless you are fighting in a very remote location, civilians will be killed, no matter how hard each side tries not to. That video you shared is truly a tragedy, but that happens in all wars where civilians get involved. I don't really understand your question ([if] that is war, should all humans be killed?) but I don't think in this case America is purposely killing civilians to get the enemy to surrender. Yes those soldiers are in the American army, but they are also trigger-happy jackasses and don't necessarily represent the military's attitude towards civilians.

I think war stems from humans tribal instincts. Humans, like a lot of animals are territorial creatures. We love to form territory and groups. Which is why we came out with the idea to have clan tattoos, religion, songs, last name, countries etc... to identify ourself with "that" group.
