It restores honor substantially though Japanese Government is not officially declaring the war crime's restoration of honor.....
The war crime doesn't correspond to the criminal in a domestic method by the one judged by International Law.
that is,the necessity of restoration of honor doesn't exist.
Anyway there are alot of discussions about that...
It is only a result of the decision that Japanese Government accepted.
That is, the recognition of the fact and the reason of decision in court was
not accepted.
As for the criminal, a viewpoint turns into an ex-convict at point in time when the execution of the punishment that law determines was completed in Law-abiding country.
on the other hand, "Class-A war criminal" is recognized as a war criminal in the international society now etc....

He died of the accident on the Emperor's birthday.

1959, Statues of goddess of mercy were built with a calligraphy
of PM Yoshida.
