ジョッキ is somehow from the English "jug". Very important vocabulary - 大ジョッキ= about 500ml of beer and 中ジョッキ is a smaller amount - don't know myself - only for girls

サービス is indeed a freebie - usually in a restaurant/bar - yummmm 枝豆. Nothing like a 大ジョッキ and 枝豆 in the local 居酒屋.
