am a total beginner in the language itself and as the title say i am seeking opinions :)

ive been watching anime for a long long time and decided that its time to actually learn the language. if this would help you with your opinions.....in just know a little about basic sentence constructions SOV pattern and the basic use of particles.... and the lastest thing i learned would be reading and writing hiragana....

soooooo yeah :D can you guys tell me what should i focus on next?

Just get a Japanese text book like Genki or Minna no Nihongo and follow the syllabus. A japanese tutor will help if resources permit. There is no shortcuts. We all started from はじめまして、どうぞよろしく.

Also anime makes extremely poor learning material imho. It's very over dramatic and full of broken Japanese with irregular conjugation that hinders more than helps for Japanese beginners. Not to mention hardly anyone actually talks like that in Japan.

LiveMocha may be something you want to check out. I've been meaning to get back into it. It's good in that you do both writing and speaking exercises, and get critique from native speakers.
