Okay, Germany was done already, but mostly South-Germany - well, there is lots to see...
Mieboy, it goes without saying - Hitler, sadly enough the best known German person, I guess. We will never forget and learn, all over the world, I hope!
This is what I can think of:
1. Islands in the North- and Baltic-Sea
2. Hamburg
3. Märchen
4. Goethe, Schiller
5. Bach
6. Schröder
7. worst European economy at the moment
8. wonderful nature, beautiful cities
9. partially no speed-limits on highways

But as mentioned above the Germans love what is known as "Gründlichkeit" - so I'll try to make the best of it. ;-)

okey, it seems there is not a single soul on this site that is Russian, so I will attempt to create a list from my experiences of the average English punter:
(I'm a pessimist)
1) Mafia;
2) Vodka;
3) Communism and Communist figures: Stalin , Lenin and others.
4 The Russian accent (which I'm proud to say I have entirely lost, making me immune to imediate attacks based around numbers 1-4).
5) Putin and how he is edging on dictatorship (rightfully so... Go Dictator Putin )
6) Mos.cow.
7) Our tennis babes (and possibly that we're not bad at it)
8) Russian Literature; (if you haven't read any, you've probably come across western interpretations in movies, tv programs, books, plays etc)
9) Russian Romantic movement (19th century, Rachmaninov, Tchaikovsky) including ballet.
10) The myth that Catherine the Great was found dead, squashed by a horse that she was... you know. (No joke here, most foreigners over 25 that i've met seem to know this, and, more frighteningly, believe it )

Somebody already wrote about France but here is an update, but maybe it would be better if there was someone who likes France to give his/her opinion because right now it's really unbalanced. Please con't believe the myth that France is one of the nicest country in the world, ge there for one year and you might understand but be careful as Teffrank said people rarely speak anything but French and they have a very bad accent (I have the hardest time getting rid of it although people think it's nice when coupled to good English

Belgium
1) Comic books (Tintin, the Smurfs...)
2) Castles, chateaux, cathedrals and churches (the 4 "c's"). Probably more per sq.km than anywhere else in the world.
3) Beer (Chimay, Leffe, Hoegaarden, Kriek, Stella Artois, Duvel...)
4) Chips/French fries (Belgian are said to have invented them and have the best in the world)
5) Capital of EU and NATO (in Brussels)
6) Waffles
7) Chocolate (Godiva. Neuhaus, Leonidas...)
8) Rain (yes, more often than in England !)
9) Tennis (Justine Hennin is still number 1, isn'tshe ?)
10) Lots of emperors, kings and other famous Europeans were born or raised there : Charles V of Habsburg (16th century king of Spain, Netherlands, Austria & Burgundy) Godfroid de Bouillon (crusader and first king of Jerusalem), etc.
