This is my favourite family photo, of my grandma and granddad's wedding in 1928. I've always loved the style of that era. My grandma was just 19 and five months pregnant

They were married for 45 years until my granddad's death in 1974, and had six children.

I think there's a resemblance between my grandma's smile and mine in my profile pic

Its interesting how peoples' views on marriage have changed so quick.



Just occurred to me that I've never really posted a picture. Truth be told, not once have I made or induced anyone to make a picture of me, unless absolutely necessary, so yeah, this is the my student ID picture. I have since trimmed my facial hair, but then it occurred to me that I look way too civilised.

First is a pic of me (on the left) and my mate sam in Faliraki, Greece. Huge all-boys holiday, week of much drinking and partying! :



Second is a pic of me in my old uni room (i was there for 1st year, 've moved into a student house for the 2nd year) with my messy hair! ;-):



Third is a pic of me from a couple of years ago at a halloween party where I had my hair done all crazy for it! I also had black-out contact lenses for the event :

It's nice to finally see a photo of you Derfel. You look pretty much how I imagined you, handsome and intense. I think the slightly uncivilised look suits you
