happy birthday apie!! hope you have a fun fun nite.
@Kirei na me
yes i do have some native american in me, cherokee, on my moms side. oh yeah thats only the hair from the top of my head, the sides and the back were shaved. something like an extremely long mohawk.
@neptune moon- your hair is beautiful! and you look so cute in your pic! what I wouldn't give to be so cute.
Thanks Hottie Pete_SJ (post more pics of your hot self! )
And also thanks Jeisan- my fun fun night will begin tomorrow when I'm flying to the US to visit some friends in Florida. Whoohoo, nice weather here I come!
I've never been to Texas. Do you happen to speak with an accent?
I never heard an American southern accent in person before, I'm curious if it sounds like it does in the movies.
I have a very Southern accent, I think, even though I try not to. I grew up in North Carolina. The people in Virginia(where I live now) even think I sound funny. My friend from England calls me "Scarlett"...
@jeisan - I suppose I could turn 29 again...women do it, right?
@neptunemoon - do you think she will ever turn around and possible understand? and I even have more that 1 pic...time for another.
@Everyone - I have more than 1 pic and now you should too...lol Even though you don't want to see them...lol especially my costume...still don't know what I was thinking.
don't worry. I still wish I was a kid again. I look at my 4 year old son, when ever he starts to complain, and tell him to just wait. It only gets better. I think...lol
So many good looking pictures! I have one...with my friends getting fresh with me...>_> cause that's me in the middle! O_O;;
My friend on the right stole my potential first boyfriend...but I don't care anymore *_* and the one on the left is getting fresh with me...
Yea silver angel you are more prettier than your friends. I wish one day all of us could hang out together cuz everyone seem to be so much fun. Well if you want another pic this is the only other one i have available. As for accents i probably have NY though i cant see us having an accent it sounds normal to me. When I get riled up thats when I have a spanish one but I dont speak it at all.
SilverAngel - Great picture!! And I'm amazed you're still friends with that girl ... although maybe it's because it was a "potential" boyfriend? At least you're very forgiving!
Kirei na me - I love the North Carolina accent! I ran into some tourists in Carmel last June who were from North Carolina, and I just loved listening to them! It doesn't sound stupid at all. I'll tell you what's stupid -- once a long time ago my family was traveling through Arkansas and there was a gas station that consisted of three gas pumps with a mobile home behind them on a gravel lot, and there was a huge billboard behind the mobile home that read: "Hep-ur-sef" Now THAT'S the stupid sounding "southernese!" I think the North Carolina accent is charming. What's funny is that I don't think many people from Florida even have a southern accent. My sister and brother-in-law live there and neither one of them have a southern accent. But go to Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, etc., and you'll find all different kinds of southern accents!! I was always amazed at how the actress Sissy Spacek was able to express the subtle differences in southern accents in the various roles she played. I saw her interviewed once and she slipped from one southern accent to the other so effortlessly, it was amazing. Anyway, I'm sure your accent sounds charming and not "stupid!"
LOL cool i'm not about the accents I like when people speak the language. Sometimes it can sound so romantic and seductive like I had a friend that spoke polish and he said a simple sentence yet it sounded sweet.
Neptunemoon - I know what you mean. I feel that way about European accents. Those get me every time, especially French and Italian! Very romantic and sexy!!
Oh, the French accent always makes me weak in the knees! I also love a Scottish accent. Something about rolling r's that makes me melt.
Satori, thanks for saying so...AGAIN! You are so sweet. When I moved to Virginia from North Carolina, they thought I talked funny. At least I wasn't making 2 syllable words out of chair, hair, cat, that, there...etc. like they did and still do! What I really thought was funny is that when I went to college here, in the South, the girls from up North would make fun of us saying "y'all" and the likes. Just think of that! On our turf! They were a trip. We had a blast!
