Believe it or not, my hair was one of the things about my looks that people on other boards picked on me the most about. They thought my hair was quote 'Hideous'. They made me wish my hair was straight, and that's one of the reasons why whenever I get my hair cut I have it made straight for the day.

Anyway, some of you said they should look at me more for my personality. Well....does that mean that in terms of looks I'm ugly though? ;_; Because I wouldn't really want to be someone who's only considered good for their personality and I do want some people to think I'm sexy when they see me.

Maybe this is one reason why I've never had a boyfriend even though I'm 19. I had an online boyfriend at one point but I don't really count that.


On another topic though, Kirei's kids are adorable. A lot of white/asian mixed kids tend to look adorable. I don't know why.

I don't think you're ugly by any stretch of the imagination Kat. In fact, you remind me of Molly Ringwold ala Breakfast Club, Pretty in Pink, etc. (and that ain't a bad thing 8-p). As some have already stated, you do indeed have very striking eyes. The simple fact remains: regardless of who we are, where we go, or what we do, some people will always and unequivocally be just plain shallow, ignorant, or spiteful. The thing is, you can't let what other people say get to you if all they have to say is negative. Don't give them that kind of power to get under your skin because of their own negativity. Life is far too precious, the world far too beautiful, and time far too fleeting to focus on the all the naysayers in this world.

Listen to him, Kat. What he says is true. I just wish I could've said it like that. And now that I think about it, you do have a Molly Ringwald-ish look!
 
Well thanks guys but I'll probably always feel really self-conscious about myself.

And to top it off I haven't been having a very good day at all. I miss one of my friends.

ignore those people who say bad things against you.

I have a big head and high forehead,
some people would call me things like big head boy,whatever,
I ignore them, I don't like being called names,I just think those people are stupid,
I don't like to have big head and high forehead,but I live with it

I've had some girls who likes me (chinese or white) and I had a chinese girlfriend,
some of them probably likes my face?
but my chinese girlfriend,I got to know her coz I had same class with her and I noticed she had been looking at me for quite long time,
she sat in the middle row of the class,I sat at the back corner of the class

I was a basketball player,my friends and I play at lunch time,
I played harder than anyone,then I would go to class with all my sweats (I sweat alot,more than anyone),
and with my wet basketball jersey,holding a basketball,
sometimes with a towel,
with a serious face,
and she would look at me right from the moment I step into the classroom,during the 'reading time' (i was in ELC class,for students who speaks English as their second language)
I don't really read,sometimes I just pretend to be reading and was actually sleeping
she would turn back her head and kept looking at me

this thing lasted for quite a few months,until I started to talk to her because the teacher told us to correct each other's quiz,
she became my friend,and then my girlfriend
although the relationship lasted very short.
 
Kirei your boys are definatly beautiful they will definatly break a few girls hearts when they are older

Kat- there is one thing that i always remember when i feel negative towards myself and that is that you cant look beautiful to everyone but you always look beautiful to someone. and i really believe that. a lot of the time its not the person you want but its always the ones with the kind hearts ^_^ just wait for it someone will come your way someday
 
...every human is unique... -and that's good. (wouldn't it be borring if not?^^) Every single person has his own way to be beautiful... I think nobody is completly happy with his/her own style or the way of looking...(-except Ghettocities... he always likes how he looks hehe). Well, I just can speak about me, but I don't like how I look. But a lot people have the same feeling about themselves, I guess. Everyone has good and bad days (but the members in this forum only have good days ...esspecially the girls )
 

I totally agree with that, even the most prettiest girls don't like how they look on most days. My friend is a model- and she has bad days too.
So, we are all beautiful in our own ways, it's honestly how you feel on the inside that brings out how others view you on the outside.
 
Now with that all said and done- I believe we should move back to the purpose of this thread and post some pics-

I'll get us back on track

Yes, I like the reflection a lot. I think it's a work of art!! Your hair has grown longer than the first picture you posted in the members gallery. You look quite pretty.

And one last thing. Kat, no worries! You have your eyes and your hair going for you and have the love and support of others, so don't feel bad. People can say horrible and nasty things, but turning the other cheek is what discourages them. Don't let it bother you. Be you.

Molly Ringwald, hmm.......I think I do see the resemblance. Maybe in the eyes?
