Need help with Japanese Twitter language

Hello!
I'm quite active on Twitter and since I'm very interested in Japanese music I also have a few Japanese followers.
There's especially one of them who always interacts with my tweets and I'd like to thank them for that.
For example, how do I say "Thank you for always liking/retweeting my tweets" in Japanese?

"Thank you for liking my posts"

A more simple one いつも「いいね」をありがとうございます also works well.

"Thank you for always retweeting my tweets" is いつもリツイートありがとうございます.
