Oops. I wasn't. Sorry. My bad you guys. :sorry: I do that sometimes. Go off on tangents like that. I hope Mana-sama comes out with something new with MdM. I'm missing them.
 
I miss them too, but I'm fine listening to their music from their last albums. ^__^ I do miss them, though. Must be that Seth is in the other band and Mana-sama is producing Kanon....
 
I think so too. Maybe they will turn out something this year.

Oh! I just got Nocturnal Opera like a couple of weeks ago, it was the only cd of theirs that I didn't have. It's so great! 😎 I love all the songs! 🕺 I'm currently rocking out to Vizard. The beginning is cool. It sounds like a guitar so I would like to know how they did that.
 
i'm listening to all their albs in these days a lot...the last one is great, i love dixanadu and the first song is...my obsession now.
i think mana is working on something. because he is mana.
i found 2 photos today, that kind of snapshot. maybe they're from their last dvd, i dont know, but they're cute.
 
Really? I want to see. Dixanadu rocks! I wonder what their next album will be like?
 
Mana-sama is Mana-sama. He's bound to be working on something other than things with Kanon.

For some reason, I don't really like her. I like her cello playing, but I don't like her... I'm mean, I know...
 
Ahahaha! I don't like her either. I don't know why but I just don't like her. Her cello playing is awesome. I think cello players shouldn't sing especially if they are girls.

I had a dream last night that I went to a MdM concert but instead of Seth singing it was Mana-sama. Strange. He had a nice voice though. :-)
 
Mana-sama used to sing...for his old band, but after a performance, he retired from singing. I want to hear his voice. *__*

I never really liked her. Ever since I found out about her, I never liked her. She definitely shouldn't sing, though I have to admit, the clip on her site I like. But only the music. It reminds me of a musicbox theme, and I'm addicted to musicbox themes! ^_______^ That's also why I like the beginning of Cage by Dir en Grey.
 
mmm, kanon... i've already said my opinion somewhere in here...
mana sings ...it's not exactly singing, but... at their last mm live dvd with that sooo looong title... mana speaks in french..but i doubt about it because it sounds like a female voice [it's a song from bara no seidou and if i didnt see him i wouldnt believe it's him]...and then he sings/speaks in another song. so -actually he DOESNT sing 😊
 
Actually, Crimson, it was for his first band, the band before Matenrou (I think that's what it is. If not, correct me.). So, he did sing. He hasn't since then, and I doubt he will ever again (with people knowing, at least). It's rumored that the person Shadow X is actually him doing the death voice during his songs. Hm... Who knows?

It may have been Ves.tearge, his first band in high school. Nothing is known except Mana-sama did say it was a Motley Crue cover band, and he was on vocals.

Hmm, I think your right jrockaddict. I remember reading somewhere else that he sang for his very first band. But after 1 performance he decided to never sing again. I'm not sure about that part so don't kill me if it's wrong but I believe he did sing in his first band. <= Meh, I sound like a sceptic. :eek:

I don't like Kanon's singing at all. I wish still doll would come in instrumental. I like her cello playing but her voice is terrible.

Speaking of his voice, I hear he hates his voice. Not his singing voice but his speaking voice. For the accent I believe. He hates his accent I hear. :( I love his voice. He has the same accent as Sakito of Due'le Quartz. They were both born in Hiroshima. I love Sakito's voice, and I love the accent. :-)

I do wish it would become an instrumental. I love Mana-sama's music, and the only thing he didn't do in her songs is write the lyrics and play the cello. :-) So, it's practically his music more than hers. I love how he's in control of everything. And yes, her voice is extremely terrible. It's too sweet and immature for my taste.
I'm drawn to rich sounding singing voices. I don't even really care for the lead singer of Within Temptation's voice anymore, because I sing more maturely than her. I love rich sounding voices, like Seth's. His voice is very comforting to me. If they have a very childish sound to them, I don't like them, much like Britney Spears or some other teenybop stars. Shakira and Janet Jackson (naming some people I can think of that don't sing in Japanese or another language), I love the sound of their voices, because they're very rich. The singer for the Japanese band Suilen, she's very nice to listen to.
Mana-sama is very good at picking singers. All the singers he's picked, I love their voices.

jrockaddict i agree with you, he's good at picking vocalists...
but they're rather thankless


i love deep male voice + mana's music...sometimes sounds like an opera...
 
Yes! I love the opera sound! I think that's why I like Seth's voice so much. Very opera like and so very soothing. He calms me down. :-) They do always leave him, don't they? How sad. I wonder why? :unsure:

Poor Mana-sama, hating his accent. I hate my accent too.

seth's voice is 'opera'..:music2: more than juka's voice..
but! crimsonmasquearde likes juka. a little bit more...just a little...

but! seth has a charisma!!... i think he and mana suit well together. i feel seth is responsible and if he doesnt die, he wont leave mana :D

what's with this 'accent thing'? you should hear my accent when i speak. and what about colour of skin? or something like that... people shouldnt care about such things. maybe someone has said something bad about mana's accent... :unsure:
i think there are other people who should be silent. not mana.
 
Everybody likes Juka more. I think I'm the only one who likes Seth more. Poor Seth, he's not loved as much. Oh well, more for me! 👍
 
really? i think i'm almost the only one who likes juka more. everyone in here says seth is better.

actually, they are both equal. because they are both mdm /or ex-mdm/ 👍
 
Everywhere else people say they like Juka more. No one seems to like Seth in other forums. I guess they still miss Juka or something. I don't know.

Both have their good points. 👍 But I still like Seth more. He plays with toys. I think it's cute. 😍 You should check out his blog. He's always taking pictures of his little toys and of Rem. When he likes something he really likes it. I can relate. :-)
 
I think Seth is better, but that's because I've heard more songs with him than Juka, but I think I've always liked Seth better.

I know, the musicians always do leave Mana-sama. I wonder if it's because of how strict he is. I think Seth is going to stay, because I don't think he minds not being in control. I think you have to let yourself be controled to be able to stay with Mana-sama and M10M, because Mana-sama has complete control.

haha i remember mm au revoir video... there was a big snake around lovely gackt 😊 i think mana and kozi [i'm pretty sure that kozi too] felt uncomfortable a little..because of the snake :D
