Hello japanese friends

I manage a minihotel in Rome.....can you suggest me some simple
japanese words to say whe I receive japanese customers?

like welcome........thank you for coming here....etc
well some siple word that you would say if you would work in a japanese
hotel.

Daily Japanese Greetings/Leavetakings

Good morning -- Ohayou gozaimasu

Good afternoon -- Konnichiwa

Good evening -- Konbanwa

Good night -- Oyasuminasai

Welcome -- Irasshaimase

Excuse me/sorry -- Sumimasen

Thank you -- Doumo arigatou gozaimashita

Please -- Onegai shimasu

Thank you for coming -- Koko ni kite (or irashite) kudasatte arigatou gozaimashita.

Don't call yourself "Ippolito san". "San" is for other people, not oneself. It's like saying "the honorable Ippolito".

One thing you sometimes hear when people arrive somewhere is "o tsukare sama deshita", which is like "thanks for taking the trouble to come here" (literally "thanks for your hard work") That's for when they first arrive only, though. Another one is "douzo, go-yukkuri", which is kind of like "please enjoy your stay".
