Are there dictionary out there that has all Japanese words without looking it up online?

I assume you're asking for a Japanese-English dictionary? There are many. If you want one based on romaji, here's a good one.

All the words you need. I know the author. He was a friend of mine (but I lost touch after he retired and moved to NYC).

That's a good question! I have the KODANSHA Furigana Japanese dictionary.

I have ised Kenkyusha's New Japanese-English Dictionary and New Nelson kanji dictionary. Canon Wordtanks and other such electronic dictionaries are generally not online.
