Japanese Accent (L,R,C)

Greeting
Its 2 question in one,, but Im more interested in the first section that is...
For a Japanese student who's learning English what would be the best practice to change their accent in this 3 characters
1- L they pronounce it more of R BaL not Bar
2- R they pronounce it more of L rondon not London
3- C they pronounce it more of CH example shkool not school ...

The second part is how to make my pronunciation more Japanized...Many Japanese student that I do language exchange with me want to improve this 3 characters

Is there a technique, web-site, sources that can help me with the fist section of the question.... and the same goes for second section

Unfortunately I don't know of any good online resources in this area.

The approach I know of is
1. Computer reads word.
2. Learner repeats word.
3. Computer displays graph comparing Computer & Learner version of word.

This is included in various language learning SW.

The second part is how to make my pronunciation more Japanized.

Same thing - only with Japanese words ;-)

Well not quite. I just know that language software that uses such a technique exists - I don't actually have an example immediately to hand.

Well to be honest I've never been too convinced by that approach. Basically there will always be differences between the audio graph of a word you've just said and the one you're trying to match. The tricky bit is working out a) which differences are important and b) how to change them.

I have a book that illustrate the tounge movement for both Japanese L and English L so to speak.....
But was wondering if there are any other ways... I found the way how take breath and the position of your tounge in your mouth has make a big different..... but its a bit hard to get your hand into some1 mouth and try to make them say it the right way....I found
