You may already know that in business in Japan, we usually use "-SAMA" (様) to address clients and also to someone superior as a way to show respect. But actually, it isn't always so simple.

While sometimes "-SAN" is the best choice, sometimes SAN might even be impolite… And sometimes, we should NOT use SAMA or SAN, even when referring to your boss.
