To me, men are much more beautiful than women. Women can be beautiful, but when men are beautiful it's something extra. I don't disagree with you Satorian, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Women seem more idealized as beautiful in our culture - but my brain is somehow not in sync with that culture. Beauty doesn't necessarily equate to attractiveness though naturally, but that's another thread. Here I am blabbing away again...

Well, I think men are kind of like dogs: They all pretty much look the same. Kind of at least. Of course there are differences, but they don't have the same emotional connotation and association and just don't trigger anything for me.

Nothing else can put me in a state of awe, wonder and excitement with the same regularity as women do. Looking at women I can forgive God whatever else he has done wrong from my point of view.

Hehe, well there are some very 'beautiful' korean men around. They spend more time looking in the mirror than I do, and Im a hairdresser, we are reknown for looking in mirrors. They cant leave a room, or a house without checking themselves out in a mirror. Their hair is perfect at all times, and yes I have even seen males with hand mirrors, looking at themselves on the subway, whats worse is that others will stand up early to get by the door and check themselves out in the window.
I know plenty that would rate themselves as a ten. Thats why there arent many korean men on this forum heheh, they are too busy looking at themselves. Which isnt a bad thing at all, it makes walking down the street so much more fun!
This morning, im giving myself a 3... after I shower and dress and do my hair, I might bump myself up to an 8 today. Having a good day.

And I agree - men are like dogs, but they are not all the same - some are beautiful like a wolf or siberian husky, some are funny looking like...chihuahuas chinese cresteds and - alot of other dogs. But humankind makes dogs into freaks, if left on their own, dogs would look more normal, not to mention alot healthier. Oops tangent alert! But I understand what your saying Satorian

No, if I was that cute I would be a 10! But I think beauty comes from within, so I might as well try to believe it and it might come true!

I agree with Limonette - men's beauty is more interesting than women's. Don't men tend to find the same kind of thing beautiful - symmetry, a slim waist, etc? I think women have a wider sense of what is beautiful. I find outward signs of intelligence beautiful.

Kara - Lexico is a Korean male - I reckon he has a hand mirror, I can just see it, can't you!
