Help Help with WW2 yosegaki hinomaru

The flag pictured was given as a gift and the owner was hoping to gain as much insight into the writing as possible.
The phrase [祈武運長久] can clearly be seen, as well as the name of the original recipient [長谷川正臣（君）] Hasegawa Masaomi (Kun).

Underneath this is the writing [菱交會]. We can't find any information on what this might mean, other than potentially being linked to a company by the use of 1, identical kanji.

A lot of the writing seems to be taken up with names rather than phrases which has been speculated to mean that the flag came from a company rather than family and friends. If anyone can spot any good luck phrases within the writing we'd be very interested to find out about these.

There is also a number at the top left corner, [NO3850生] although we don't know what this number refers to either.

菱交會 (Hishikōkai) sounds to me like the name of a club, and I think there was one such club linked to the Mitsubishi zaibatsu in Japan. The character 菱 (hishi), means "diamond shape". It is also the second character of Mitsubishi (三菱). The "h" typically becomes a voiced "b" sound when it appears as part of a two-character compound word.

So, as a wild guess, I would say the recipient might have been affiliated with a Mitsubishi company, and the flag was presented by perhaps someone high up within the company. The mere inclusion of "Hishikōkai" on the flag would make it clear to recipient (and to all the signers) that it had the endorsement of people of high status.

Thank you so much for replying. It had been hinted to the owner of the flag that it might be linked to Mitsubishi but I couldn't find any information online referring to Hishikoukai so wasn't sure. It's helpful to see another person come to the same possible conclusion!

菱交会 is the work reunion of Mitsubishi Material now, but it seems to refer to the association of the high executives of Mitsubishi group companies. I found a document that mentions it.
