8.What came from the middle of the ground was lots of coins big and small.
9.This speech was told by an neighbor, a greedy old man.
10."This is also my ooban and koban that I have obtained. I lend your shiro."
11.The greedy old man, took Shiro by its will along with him.
12.Later, Shiro hated this, he cried and yelp to the place where he digged, smelly trash that left.
13."This useless dog!"
14.The angry greedy old man ,what, Shiro was beaten to death completely.
15. .................... , in tears, The old man and old women buried Shiro in the garden, they used the pole to make the grave tomb.
This took me a week to memorize and study all the kanji and words from this sentence, but to translate is the hard part. I have only gotten to 15 lines (2 lines a day).
I know there is a lot of *careless* mistakes!
Some questions:
As you can see at the last line "シロを殺されたおじいさんとおばあさんは" I do not know how to translate this. 'The slain shiro old man and old women?' I have seen this happen before with the 'sareta' at the end of a verb but I never really understood it.
What does the phrase hotte miru mean? 'Dig look?'
What does nanto mean in middle of a sentence?
Some of the verbs are at the beginning of the sentence, like iyagaru, why is that? I know you can transform verbs into nouns then put it where a noun should be, but I thought there was a word after the verb you have to put first (koto I believe), but maybe this is irrelevant.
