Hi Everyone How are you?

My name is Steve. I'm simply a Human Being living in Gunma with my Japanese family, I enjoy being Happy and Content as much as I can. How about you?

I'm joining this wonderful Forum, because a new Friend recommended it to me. I'm just starting to look around, but already I can tell that I would love to join the "JREF meet in Shiga" (in the Town of Shiga, located in Matsumoto City in Nagano Prefecture , graciously hosted by the JREF Member "Mars Man".)

My new friend tells me he spends 364 days a year looking forward to this 1 day event: a light-hearted get-together of JREF Members, which is now going on its 5th year!

Well, I'm going to go post in the official "JREF meet in Shiga" thread right now. I hope they will indeed let me through the gate, and I hope to meet YOU there too!

Yeah, it was Mike Cash who suggested I come. So if I turn out to be too weird, you can blame him!

Well, he would have a slight degree of plausible deniability, since we haven't actually met face-to-face yet (but he MIGHT be coming to my home to visit tomorrow if possible, yay, we'll see!)

Hey DB, glad to hear you're going to Matsumoto too, perhaps it would be good to also post that great news on the "JREF Meet in Shiga" thread as well: to encourage all the other potential participants to start posting their confirmations as well!

I wish I could make it to the JREF meet but I won't be in Japan in May.

I will be there for a couple weeks in April though, but I'll be in Nara.

I don't have as much space as it seems Mars Man does, but we have extra futons.
