Says it right there on the page , it's from the album "Mobile Sailor Gundam" and the single is "Super Riser".

Ahah I know but this music, Super Riser!, is a remix from an original J-Disco music! The original is the one i'm searching for!
 
I figured the answer I gave was too obvious , I'm a 65 year old dumb guy who doesn't speak or read Japanese . BUT....maybe your second post will get a better answer . It's still very early morning in Japan , so give it about 3 or 4 more hours to get a good answer
 
Both the comments and the image point to the Macross anime series. Can't seem to find anything specific that matches the lyrics though.

Or maybe the image is unrelated to the song and the comments are just talking about the image...
