Let's learn how to form the conditional form in Japanese.
"-TARA" ("たら") is the basic conditional form, and it can be combined with any noun, adjective or verb. Adding "-tara" at the end expresses HYPOTHETICAL CONDITION, translated in English as "if."
But the difference between Japanese "-tara" and English "if" is that the first can also be used in a TIME SEQUENCE (traduced as "when…" or "after…").
