私の予定をはっきりさせたいので（あなたの)来週の予定を教えて下さい。

クリアする means "to finish my work" here. クリアにする can be barely acceptable.

あなたに予定を教える: to tell schedule to you
あなたの予定を教えて下さい: Please tell me your schedule

から/ので is put at the end of "cause/reason" clause.
