Good morning.

First at all, I would like to thank you again for your time. Despite you being stern in my regards (but that's ok), you are still here "trying to wake me up" and being realistic (by your point of view).
Ok let's go on:
I have already told you that your whole `second citizenship" idea is pure idiocy. I didn't link the pdf thinking it would give you some information about that idiotic idea.
So why, those 2 lawyers I contacted online and PAID them, aren't of the same opinion?
So if their idea is idiotic, they told me that just in order to give me a tiny kind of hope? And fool me, just to get some money out from me?
Can I ask you why are you so sure about your point of view?
You would have to knowingly LIE about being a convicted criminal when you try to reenter Japan. You are simply hoping you won't get caught BREAKING IMMIGRATION LAW.
Does it mean I have to accept any law like a sheep, without trying to fight for my freedom on this Earth and my sentimental situation?
The law can be
bypassed, NOT NECESSARILY BROKEN!
Are you seriously so delusional or ignorant that you think you could tell the immigration authorities when they catch you, "Oh, I was a convicted criminal as a citizen of Country X.... I'm here as a citizen of Country Y this time so you have to let me in"? Do you really think any sane person is going to go along with that lunacy?
I would never say but the truth, about my gf situation and our love.
And I won't expect to be understood and receive any sort of clemency from Japanese immigration. LOL
They are there to check over us and purge as much as many foreigners from their beloved and special Country.
You would answer: "well, what do you expect from them, if that is their job"?
That's the sad point.
Unlikely other countries (for example Australia), they are specifically trained to don't feel any empathy and sympathy towards us. Their supervisors brainwash them to the point, to see us just a like an extreme burden and to get rid of us, as soon as they have the chance. (and brainwashing an average Japanese, it's simplier than you might think.LOL)
That is what one Japanese friend told me, working at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Even them, yes, regular Japanese people, hate the immigration... LOL
They are simply a pack of brainwashed dogs, trained to hate us. Also, did you know that at immigration, they hire people by several tests, selecting only those with ideas of "extreme right wings" parties? Is it just a coincidence? LOL
Source: same guy, as above.
wait...now I realized... why I'm wasting my time telling you all these infos?

I know already, it will irritate you further and you will start attacking, offending, mocking me over and over, rather than try to give some advices. But I already have written it, so...
But I don't dislike you. It's just your personality and I don't take it personally.
Do you not think there are domestic records of your fingerprints in a criminal database? Or records of your being thrown out of Japan? Or being banned from entering again?
Of course I know. But, nobody could tell me, yet, certainly at 100% if those database are in a special directory, or just connected to that specific passport...
That's what I'm asking over and over. But nobody could tell me for sure, despite some people with 2 passports made it. The only thing I'm sure about is that a 50%~50% gamble.
This counts for 90-days visa, only. On higher level visa, I'm sure they would find out, soon or later. That's for sure, but ain't interested in them.
Are you not aware of the new national tracking system in Japan?
You mean the "My Number" stuff? Yes I'm aware of that. But does it apply also for 90-days visa holders?
Because my plan, as I said is not to live there steadily anymore but, rather, going there couple times a years (my job allows me that), for 2-3 months per time, to help my gf and trying, in the meanwhile, to find a solution how to grab her out from Japan with me, painlessly (for her and her parents).
That's why I'm so delusional. I won't allow a Country, to deny me to be with someone I love, whatever it will cost. But first I'm trying to understand if there is any, at least, safe or safer way. If not, I'll find some other solutions.
Yeah, yeah... I'll tell myself before you assault me: I'm a criminal, who is trying to break the law, I'm delusional, ignorant, lunatic, insane, and... what else? Up to you.

I, repeat! You can offend me as much as you want, yet I didn't come in this forum to be simply judged, over and over. I hoped in simple advices. If you cannot help, well thank you anyway for your time, but I'll never give up the idea to help my gf and her parents.
Attacking and mocking me, will not change my determination to stay with her. But go on, if it makes you feel better...
Even if by some miracle you bluffed your way through the airport, you're certain to get caught and this time they'll probably let you actually serve time in prison before they deport you again.
Again, what makes you so certain about that?
I'm just planning to spend my time in her hometown at her home, taking care of her parents and looking for a solution. From there, everything is much easier.
Or should I fear every second a raid from some sort of Japanese SWAT, like in GTA game? LOL
Your imagined "loophole", if it exists will only temporarily delay your arrest and deportation, not magically make it legal for you to enter Japan.
"Imagined". Again... how can you be so sure?
You need special landing permission or you can forget about it. Period. End of story.
You gave me a great info! You see? Being stubborn helped me a bit to get some new info. I'll ask my lawyer about these "special landing permissions", to check more deeply in that. Thank you!!!!
If you already had the pdf, then why were you speaking here as though you were totally unaware of the 上陸特別許可 process?
Did I give you this idea? It's from the first post I said that my life in JP is over. I got that info just in 2016, by calling the embassy (I wrote it, some posts above). That's why I was shocked. Then, I'll started asking if somebody knew a way to get in, with the second citizenship, and NOBODY could answer me clearly. Even after contacting 2 lawyers online and recently by looking for advices from this forum.
And surely I'll continue going deep into it. I am a person who does not give up that easily.
Anyway... this is my last post I reply you. I'm getting tired trying to justify my actions, over and over, rather than get some "tips and tricks". Without counting how many times you offended me.
But thank you, anyway, for your time. Better 1000x times being insulted than ignored. At least, at the end, you told me about these sort of special landing permissions, for which I'll sweat blood and tears. Thank you.
