might have different meaning.
1 = very neutral
2 = a question like my employer would ask. The intention to ask such question is not whether or not the person wishes to know where you want to go.

in/during/for all OK.
Grammatically, all are OK but 'going to go' is a bit convoluted so I think most people would avoid saying or writing this structure.
