the standard for something to "look good" is just to high like so many things. for example food: i remember my grandfather enjoying the taste of a plain piece of meat with salt and pepper and some onion while we need to marinade it and put sauce and stuff on it ...
same thing with women. i just don't think you need to enlarge breasts or so - except if a women has psychological problems because her breasts are so small that she doesn't feel female enough i can understand that
