もしなければ... もしない

だけれど何秒経っても、士道は頭を踏みつけられもしなければ、罵倒されもしなかった。

Hi. I know the pattern もしなければ... もしない means "neither nor", but can I think of it as a fixed pattern? The only pattern whose explanation I could find is もしない (Verb →Noun : 〜はしない & 〜もしない & + 〜やしない ( = wa shinai & ~ mo shinai+ ~ ya shinai) – Maggie Sensei), which means "not even do ~ / without even doing something". Does this もしない have anything to do with the the pattern もしなければ... もしない? What is the pattern もしなければ... もしない derived from? How can I understand it better apart from "neither nor"?

When implying the meaning "too/also" or contrasting nuance to a verb, the structure "-masu stem of verb + も/は + する" is used. しない is the negative form of it.
e.g.
食べは/もする
食べは/もしない
行きは/もする
行きは/もしない

～もしなければ is a variation of ～もしないし, i.e., listing two actions in negative forms.

踏みつけられもしなければ、罵倒されもしなかった ＝ 踏みつけられもしなかったし、罵倒されもしなかった
another form in the same meaning: 踏みつけられもしなかったし、罵倒もされなかった
(note: stemもされなかった is usually used only for -suru verbs.)
cf.
踏みつけられはしたが、罵倒はされなかった/罵倒されはしなかった
踏みつけられはしなかったが、罵倒されはした/罵倒はされた
