help me to correct this my friends.

I'm tharaka.
watashiwa tharaka tomoshimasu
It's "to mōshimasu". "Tomoshimasu" means "to light a fire/turn on a light".

My school is ananda college and I studied 13 years in my school
Watashi no gakkō wa ananda college de, watashi wa watashi no gakkō de juusan nenkan mananda
You don't need to repeat "watashi no gakkō" twice.
"Mananda" is not the polite form.

I haven't done any job.
Watashi wa shigoto o shite imasen
"Shite imasen" is the present state, not "haven't experienced working". Is this what you mean?

I'm following a information technology diploma and that course will end up in this yearend.
Watashi wa konpyūtakōsu ni shitagatte ori, sono kōsu wa kotoshi no owari ni owarudeshou
The translation of "to follow" is wrong.

there are 4 members in my family. father, mother, elder sister and me.
Watashino kazoku ni wa rokunin ri no menbā ga ite, okasan , otousan, oneesan to watashi.
4 is not "roku".
You need the copula at the end of the sentence.

My father name is andrew.
watashino okasan wa andrew desu

he is 54 years old.
okasan wa gojuyonsai desu
Father is not "okasan", and not "okāsan/okaasan", either.

my mother name is diana.
watashino otousan wa diana desu

she is 52 years old.
otousan wa gojunisai desu
Mother is not "otōsan/otousan".

My ambition is to do a computer science degree by entering to japan university after finished my education in Japanese language school.
Watashi no yabō wa, nihon'nogakkō de watashi no kyōiku o oeta toki ni nihon'nodaigaku ni nyūgaku shite konpyūtasaiensu no gakui o sazukeru kotodesu
"Sazukeru" means you award somebody a degree.

It's "to mōshimasu". "Tomoshimasu" means "to light a fire/turn on a light".
thank you for this!!

You don't need to repeat "watashi no gakkō" twice.
"Mananda" is not the polite form.
is "mananda" is not polite form, how would I say it my friend? pleas explain.

"Shite imasen" is the present state, not "haven't experienced working". Is this what you mean?
yes my friend. i want to say that i didn't work before and i don't work yet.

The translation of "to follow" is wrong.
??didn't understand this

4 is not "roku".
4 is "yon"

You need the copula at the end of the sentence.
??didn't understand this

Father is not "okasan", and not "okāsan/okaasan", either.
oh. my bad! I was wrong! father is otousan/chi chi

Mother is not "otōsan/otousan".
oh. my bad! I was wrong! mother is okāsan/ha ha

"Sazukeru" means you award somebody a degree.
so how I say it my friend?

ps: thank you so much Toritoribe!!! you helped me for this. thanks a lot.

Haven't you learned the past polite form of verbs? What is the past form of "~masu"?

i want to say that i didn't work before and i don't work yet.
What is the expression to express "to have experienced"?

??didn't understand this
"Sitagau" means "to obey/submit to". Check your dictionary again.

4 is "yon"
Yes, but you need to another form of it for the counter "nin". "Nin ri" doesn't make sense, by the way.

Copula (linguistics) - Wikipedia
You need to put it after "watashi" at the end of the sentence.

so how I say it
Look up your dictionary (hint: transitive vs. intransitive).

You're going about this the wrong way. Use an actual textbook, preferably one in your native language if you can find it.
