Maybe what she meant was "I'll let you pass this time but you gotta improve next time"?
Just think positively, the interviewers do the same to everyone, it's their job to question every detail of your proposal. There were people being treated/questioned worse than you yet they passed.
Good luck to you and hope to hear good news from you in about two months! 😅

I am gonna write it in my own way.

is it correct that we MUST get 2000$ when we come? it is so expensive for me... too much!

Hi guys, I have a question about the research application form.
I noticed that in many country it is composed of only two sections, "Present field of study" and "detailed field of study"; there is however another version with a third section, "
Study program in Japan: (Describe in detail and with specifics - partcularly concerning the ultimate goal(s) of your research in Japan)".
Anyone has the same? In that section I wrote the planned timeline of my research other than its goals, would it be ok? I am wondering if that is the right section for that information.

I believe i put in what i intended to do month by month in this section in a table. e.g read literature.... ask questionnaires, revise final submission, and then i also wrote a couple sentences regarding what i hope to obtain from conducting this research. Looking back i should have probably wrote in more detail about the goals and what i hope to find out and how the research will benefit the industry ect...

I see. So you also had the same research application form and you wrote there the data above.
I am glad to hear I did not misunderstand the required information.
Thank you for writing the content you inserted, I should also write in more detail what you pointed out, maybe I will try to add something (unfortunately, not really an easy task in Japanese...).

I have another question regarding the application form.
I am required to insert my education background and at the end the overall years I have been a student. The total should be 16 officially, but while enrolled at university I studied one year in Japan for an exchange program. If I consider that year as well the counting becomes 17 years, but should I consider an "exchange program" as a regular part of my educational background?
